Description:	BM is located near the Buell St. entrance to the Elizabeth river terminal, 30.60 m (100.4 ft) northeast of the northeast corner of the main office building, 28.80 m (94.5 ft) south of Pratt St., and 12.71 m (41.7 ft) west-northwest of Buell St. The datum point is 0.09 m (0.3 ft) below ground, being the top of a stainless steel rod driven 7.6 m (24.9 ft) to refusal, in a greased sleeve extending to a depth of 0.91 m (3.0 ft).
